This excellent site places guests within a few blocks of Loreto’s outstanding attractions, including the historic, Our Lady of Loreto Mission, the Museum, restaurants, the beach and shopping. Just one short block to the east is the gorgeous Gulf of California, where you can stroll along the Malecon, watch pelicans and interact with local fishermen in the marina. We are known for our amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets are spectacular in the silhouette of island and ocean. The hotel can be rented in its entirety, providing up to 6 beautifully decorated rooms, or 12 individual beds, complete with private baths, wifi, AC in every room. This is truly one of the best hotels in Loreto BCS, and groups can take advantage of all amenities as well as daily maid service and friendly staff assistance.
We are a part of Loreto, Baja California Sur History
The historical casa was built in the 1930’s for the Salorio family, when the father, a General in the Mexican Army was transferred to Loreto. As the family grew so did their home. Debora and Gerardo have worked to maintain the original historical charm of this building and are delighted to point out various items and stories of this casa as well as the rich history of Loreto. Damiana Inn was created in 2005 and currently consists of six individual rooms each with their own bathroom, a central sala or living room, a full outdoor kitchen, a patio and garden area, and a front sitting porch.
