Looking for a place to stay in Loreto for this past weekend, I looked in LPG for recommendations. I found that La Damiana was recommended by several members and after looking at their website, booked a room for the four days and three nights that I allowed myself (even moderators get away on occasion). La Damiana is cute, quaint. clean. charming, lovely and affordable. I even got an upgraded room without extra fees.
The hotel is located in the renovated “old town” section which made it a very short walk to a myriad of restaurants. I had a great time and will do it again in the near future.

Yes – a charming and eclectic little place; even better, they welcome well-behaved dogs. Very central to everything. Loreto is a small town and La Damiana is right in the middle of the shops and restaurants and only a block from the Malecon. The prices are reasonable. Easy walking distance from everything.

A Brilliant Oasis on the Sea of Cortez! I’ve been coming to Loreto for years, and my go-to spot is always the La Damiana Inn. The staff there are down to earth and some of the best people I’ve ever met, I truly feel like a part of the family. My time there is always quiet and relaxing and the accommodations are always top notch. The outdoor kitchen is my favorite spot, where guests meet, cook and become friends. Enjoy your stay there!
